8x16 Matrix Blinkie Kit G2

We update the 8x16 and had a few enhancements:

• Switched to CR2032 batteries
• added USB interface
• Can program 1st pattern with a text message via USB and PC program
• Bigger traces and less vias.

It's a 2.75" by 1.8" double-sided circuit board that will display various user-selectable patterns and text messages. The design has two buttons to select the pattern.
